Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Alivy Jewels piece. If it's not right for you, here's how returns work.

Returns (Change of Mind)

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned with its original packaging

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to confirm it meets these conditions. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If an item is returned worn, damaged, or altered from its original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund to reflect the reduction in value, or decline the refund, at our discretion.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, this is not subject to the 14-day return window above — please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at alivyjewels@hotmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at alivyjewels@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions for sending the item back.
